About Us
Mission & Purpose
Social Impact Token (SIT) exists to fix a system that only responds once people reach crisis.
Millions of people around the world experience overlapping vulnerability – financial stress, poor housing and mental health challenges – yet support remains fragmented, slow and reactive.
Through The Vulnerability Initiative™, developed and delivered in the UK by Healthy Homes Solutions, this problem is already being addressed at national scale.
Social Impact Token (SIT) owns the core intellectual property behind this proven platform, providing the funding, governance and scale mechanism required to expand it responsibly.
By combining live delivery data, independently audited outcomes and enterprise-grade tokenisation technology from Stobox, SIT is creating the world’s first proactive, tokenised social impact infrastructure – one that identifies need early, connects people to help, and measures impact transparently at national and global scale.
Alignment with the UN SDGs
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a globally recognised framework for addressing the most pressing social, economic and environmental challenges facing humanity. At SIT, we align with the SDGs because they reflect the systemic change our model is designed to deliver — shifting from reactive, fragmented support to proactive, measurable and scalable impact that improves lives over the long term.
By building a platform that identifies vulnerability early, connects people to the right support, and tracks outcomes with transparency and independent verification, we contribute directly to progress across seven of the 17 SDGs. This alignment demonstrates both the breadth and depth of our impact — from reducing poverty and inequality to improving health and wellbeing — and helps our partners, investors and communities understand how SIT’s work contributes to global development priorities.
The Problem
For millions of households, getting help depends on being in crisis at the right moment, speaking to the right organisation, and knowing exactly what to ask for.
Support is spread across disconnected services, funding is short-term and reactive, and once an intervention ends, people are often left to navigate changing circumstances alone. There is no single national view of need, and no system designed to stay with households as their situation evolves.
UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION
SIT offers a value proposition that goes beyond traditional ESG or CSR vehicles. By leveraging real-time data from the HHS Vulnerability Initiative, it delivers a multi-faceted approach to addressing vulnerability and ensures that every intervention is timely, targeted, and evidence-based.
This integration of services enables SIT to map complex needs, deliver just-in-time interventions, and provide scalable, transparent outcomes. Blockchain-verified impact ensures that every contribution is tracked and reported with accountability.
Key areas of support include:
The SIT Solution
SIT enables a single, proactive platform that is sustained and strengthened through long-term investment — allowing support to improve over time rather than reset with each funding cycle.
This investment funds advanced support services, intuitive mobile and web applications, reduced form-filling, and responsible AI-driven engagement that stays connected to residents as their circumstances change. Instead of one-off interventions, SIT creates a continuously improving support pathway that is measurable, accountable, and built to scale nationally and internationally.
Why Tokenisation
Tokenisation allows SIT to scale without losing accountability.
By partnering with Stobox, SIT uses an enterprise-grade tokenisation platform that enables transparent tracking, independent verification, and a clear, auditable link between investment, real-world delivery and measured outcomes — something traditional grant and funding models cannot provide.
Relationship with Healthy Homes Solutions
Social Impact Token (SIT) owns the core intellectual property underpinning the platform and licenses it globally, providing the governance, funding and scale mechanism for long-term expansion.
The UK delivery of this model is operated by Healthy Homes Solutions, through its nationally established The Vulnerability Initiative. This platform has been developed over more than a decade, working closely with government-backed programmes, regulated utility funding, and recognised policy and compliance frameworks. It operates within established UK regulatory environments and aligns with independent audit standards, including Social Return on Investment (SROI) validation.
Healthy Homes Solutions works in active partnership with major UK utilities such as Cadent, Wales & West Utilities and SGN, alongside a trusted network of national support organisations including National Energy Foundation, National Energy Action, Scope, Cruse Bereavement Support, and Alzheimer’s Society, among many others.
Crucially, the platform is designed to move beyond single-issue or single-service interventions. By combining live data, referral intelligence and ongoing engagement, it enables coordinated, cohort-based support — recognising that vulnerability rarely exists in isolation. This allows residents to receive joined-up information and support across multiple needs, rather than being passed between disconnected services.
SIT builds on this proven delivery model, ensuring it can continue to evolve — supporting richer content, fewer forms, smarter routing, and advanced digital and AI-enabled support — while maintaining the trust, compliance and partnerships that have been established in the UK.
